Letter From our Sales Manager

Here I am fresh back from New Orleans and the BMW Motorrad USA National Dealer Meetings. There was tremendous enthusiasm for the new F800’s and X-Moto bikes and great optimism ahead for the BMW Marque. We learned about all the cool new stuff on the way and were treated to a great stunt show by Chris Pfeiffer on the F800… he is an amazing talent! The best part of these meetings are the people who are type “A” business folk who love the sport of Motorcycles but, talk about kindred spirits! Reminds me of a great quote I read in Cycle World, from Winston Churchill: “There is nothing like the thrill of being shot at and missed”. I love being around people who take calculated risks and arrange their own misses; people who are really alive and excited about life. So here are some things to get excited about: The new EDGE Sweepstakes, come in and fill out a sweepstakes form and you could win a motorcycle! Also, the new XPLOR website, its like a “my-space” for BMW Motorcycle owners, go to EXPLOR.com, just need the VIN# of your bike and sign up. Last but not least come to our open house on April 21st to see all the new models you have been waiting for. We already have the new K1200RS in the showroom, come in for a test ride. Check out our winter special R1200RT and K1200R. We are also working on getting LOJACK for motorcycles, if all goes well we can install LOJACK in your new or pre-owned motorcycle. So pray for some good riding weather and come and visit us, it would be great to see you!
