Well,
the
time
has
finally
arrived!
On
April
14th
&
15th,
BMW
Motorcycles
of
Western
Oregon,
Tigard
(BMWOR,
Tigard)
will
be
hosting
its
Grand
Opening
Celebration
&
Spring
Open
House.
We
will
be
open
on
both
Saturday
&
Sunday
from
8:30am
to
4:00pm
to
give
you
a
chance
to
meet
the
new
staff
members,
check
out
the
dealership,
and
see
some
of
BMW's
latest
motorcycle
models
up
close.
In
fact,
we
have
BMW's
Demo
Truck
on-site
both
days
for
those
of
you
interested
in
getting
a
better
understanding
of
how
your
favorite
model
handles
on
a
nice
test
ride
(see
below
for
details).
We
also
have
a
number
of
vendors
on-site
to
answer
questions
about
their
products
and/or
services.
On
Saturday,
April
14th,
we
will
feature
the
barbecue
mastery
of
local
chef,
"Willie
V"
from
11:00am
to
2:00pm.
On
Sunday,
April
15th,
we'll
offer
some
continental
breakfast
fare
until
about
10:00am,
then
at
1:00pm
we'll
have
Oregon
City's
Gary
Smith
around
to
talk
about
his
recent
motorcycle
voyage
to
the
tip
of
South
America. |

BMW's
Demo
Truck
is
on-site
and
has
a
great
cross
section
of
demonstration
models
available
for
test
rides. Things
to
know: Signups
for
each
day
will
occur
on
a
first
come,
first
serve
basis
for
that
given
day.Appropriate
riding
gear
is
a
must.
Appropriate
gear
consists
of
helmet,
gloves,
riding
jacket,
riding
pants,
and
footwear
that
covers
the
ankle.Each
rider
must
have
a
valid
driver's
license
with
motorcycle
endorsement.Passengers
will
not
be
able
to
ride
on
demonstration
models.Although
we
live
in
the
Pacific
Northwest,
the
lawyers
don't;
meaning
that
at
the
onset
of
each
demo
ride
timeslot,
the
Demo
Truck
crew
will
assess
the
current
weather
conditions
to
determine
whether
or
not
a
safe
demo
ride
can
be
conducted.
The
Demo
Truck
crew
will
do
its
best
to
conduct
as
many
demo
rides
as
possible;
however,
safety
is
the
prevailing
priority. |
